About the role

The RPAS team is growing rapidly. As a result, we’re recruiting across all areas of the business.

The Regional Executive is a senior professional and will be joining a dynamic, fun and international team. Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for the right candidate to lead our sales team.

Although you will be primarily home based, the ability to travel roughly 10-30% of the time would be useful.

Key responsibilities

  • Total ownership of planning and strategy for business development - and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Recruitment for, and development and leadership of a virtual team to sell and manage all clients within a region
  • Nurture team members to grow to their full potential
  • Successfully carrying out the sales and market growth target for the whole region
  • Focus on logo acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Ensuring pipeline forecasting is accurately maintained by all relevant team members so that management can properly plan for growth
  • Selling of RPA Supervisor into large enterprises – and complete accountability for this activity
  • Managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure
  • Working alongside senior relationship holders and key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
  • Working with marketing to plan and generate new pipeline
  • Closing new business from end user clients
  • Working with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement

Required experience

Successful candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in managing individuals and teams
  • A thorough grounding in and awareness of sales process
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority
  • Aptitude to sell at senior/C level, managing complex transformational deals
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling
  • Experience of or ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers
  • Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Experience working for a rapidly expanding company ideal
  • Will have a ruthless focus on results – pipeline generation, revenue and profit, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystem

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Salary: Competitive (TBD) + usual company benefits (Pension contribution, health insurance and more)

Location: Remote, with some travel requirement
