About the role

The RPA Supervisor team is growing rapidly. As a result, we’re recruiting across all areas of the business.

The Junior Account Executive – Small and Medium Enterprises – will be joining a fast-paced, fun and international team. Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for the right candidate to join our sales team.

Job Specification

Although you will be primarily home based, the ability to travel roughly 10% of the time would be useful.

Key responsibilities

  • Selling both directly and engaging closely with alliance and channel partners, to develop new business focused primarily on Mid-market (SME) clients
  • Working alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
  • Managing sales pipeline of SME clients from start to closing - and successfully carrying out a sales target
  • Showcasing / demonstration of product offering to potential clients
  • Working with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement
  • Planning, forecasting and rigorously monitoring quarterly pipeline accurately so that management can properly plan for growth
  • Understanding the makeup of potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers

Required experience

Successful candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 2+ years background in new business sales, with a demonstrable track record of success for clients - usually as a Business Development Rep looking to step up into a more direct sales role with end-to-end responsibility
  • Experience of or ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers
  • Aptitude to sell at senior level within SME clients
  • Inquisitiveness and tenacity with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts
  • A ruthless focus on results – pipeline generation with the ability to get partners involved to deliver our solution

Required skills

  • Comfort to carry a sales target, have strong organizational skills and excellent relationship building skills – especially under remote working conditions
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent command on English.  Candidates with multilingual skills have an extra advantage.

Salary: Competitive first year, performance culture – regular salary review and bonuses

Location: Remote, with some travel requirement
