The Customer Success Director will be joining a fast-paced, exciting and diverse team of seasoned professionals.

Although you will be primarily home based, the ability to travel roughly 10% of the time would be useful.
Key responsibilities
- Primarily support customers’ journey in the successful sale and adoption of RPA Supervisor
- Help clients develop credible and compelling business cases
- Identify opportunities within clients and work effectively with our Account Execs to drive those opportunities forward
- Architect broader solutions where RPA Supervisor is a component of the wider solution – for instance, with technology partners
- Conduct technical demos
- Carry out and support our clients and partners in Proof of Value engagements
- Set an example for good working procedures and practices
- Strategically expand new opportunities within existing accounts
Required experience
Successful candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in implementing large scale robotic process automation programs using a recognized Robotic Operating Model
- Technical mindset, comfortable demonstrating software to end-user clients and partners - as well as advising clients on installing software in complex enterprise environments
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and growing organization
- Ability to be part of a team (or equally driven to build the customer relationships alone

- Extremely well organized with the capacity to travel in addition to managing multiple customers remotely
- A consultative mindset - with the ability to develop and document best practices

- Proficiency in leading meetings and delivering presentations with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thought leadership skills - with strong contribution to RPA Supervisor success collateral such as blogs and white papers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitudes should allow you to adapt to new circumstances and learn quickly when facing new problems and challenges
- Ability to think outside the box and architect solutions to problems that may involve bringing in and working with partner solutions
- Commercially astute team player who possesses excellent communication and customer-relationship skills – responsiveness, sensitivity and diplomacy when managing stakeholder relationships across all levels in any organization
- Strong relationship building skills
- Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts
