About the role

The RPAS team is growing rapidly. As a result, we’re recruiting across all areas of the business.

The Account Executive will be joining a dynamic, international and talented sales team.

  • Although you will be primarily home based, the ability to travel roughly 20-40% of the time would be useful.

Key responsibilities

  • Selling RPA Supervisor into large enterprises - focusing primarily on our Tier 1 clients within a designated geography or list of named accounts
  • Managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure
  • Working alongside the senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
  • Self-generating new pipeline and working with our Direct Marketing team to generate new leads
  • Closing new business from end user clients
  • Maintaining a very clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast
  • Selling both directly and engaging closely with alliance and channel partners, to develop new business
  • Working alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
  • Working with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement
  • Planning, forecasting and rigorously monitoring quarterly pipeline accurately so that management can properly plan for growth
  • Understanding the makeup of potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers

Required experience

Successful candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:

  • Aptitude to sell at senior/C level, managing complex transformational deals
  • Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling
  • Experience of or ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers
  • Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts
  • Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Strong track record of overachieving against targets, have strong organizational skills and excellent relationship skills
  • A ruthless focus on results – pipeline generation with the ability to inspire others in your ecosystem

Required skills

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Comfort to carry a sales target, have strong organizational skills and excellent relationship building skills – especially under remote working conditions
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Salary: Competitive + other company benefits (eg health insurance, pension and more)

Location: Remote, with some travel requirement
